1. Function introduction

2. Operating Instructions
Preparation
Manually place and position the upper and lower film rolls, and then thread and weld the films according to the equipment requirements
According to the product quantity Adjust the rail width to the appropriate position.
Turn on the heat shrink machine and adjust the temperature. Wait for the heat shrink machine to finish preheating.
Turn on the sealing and cutting machine and turn on the automatic operation mode.
Operate manually (optional automatic product feeder) to place multiple products on the conveyor line, and the conveyor line transports the products to the sealing and cutting machine (there are guide rails on both sides of the conveyor line to prevent products from loosening).
The feeding cylinder picks up the product and sends it to the sealing and cutting position. The automatic film feeding mechanism sends out the film through a swing bar with adjustable tension and an active motor.
The constant temperature sealing and cutting knife is pushed by the main cylinder, slides under the linear guide on both sides, and welds and cuts the film wrapped around the product with the cooperation of the lower knife groove.
After the sealing and cutting is completed, the feeding cylinder continues to extend, and the product is sent to the heat shrink machine conveying line and released. The product is transported into the heat shrink machine for heat shrinking (guide rails are installed at both ends of the conveyor line to prevent the product from loosening). After the product comes out of the other end of the heat shrink machine, the heat shrinking is completed, the packaging is completed, and the product is removed manually.
